Sir Gabe the Knight

Having a little boy is so funny! Gabe asked if I would come up to his room and build a fort with him. So, we headed up there and he went straight to his dress up clothes. He dressed up like a knight. And when he was done we started building his fort. We originally built side walls but he told me the finished project wasn't tall enough to keep the bad guys out. So, we just built it straight up and he was pleased with it then. After we finished with the blocks, he ran into his closet and started pulling out toys to put on the top. He picked out a dragon, his toy guns and some bullets. Anything that looked somewhat intimidating ;) It blows me away to see how his little mind works. He is such a sweet, kind little boy. But you already see how God has made men to want to protect and defend. It has been so interesting to watch. So, here is Gabe's fort...
