My Amazing Sister-In-Law

Jeff's little sister, Amy, is one of the most creative and talented people I have ever met! She currently runs a succesful bridal jewelry business, Amy's Bridal Accessories. She is also a mom to FOUR sweet, little boys! So, to say she is busy is an understatement :) She always makes the most incredible fondant cakes for her family's birthdays. So, I originally asked if she would help me make one for Emma's party. She, said yes right off the bat. But, she called back a week or so later and said she was considering starting a cake decorating business also. And wanted to do Emma's cake so she could have some great pictures for her new site. And from there she went to town! She made the most beautiful, girly, four layered cake you have ever seen!!! Every little girl's dream come true! Emma was having a unicorn party. So, Amy made a unicorn out of fondant! There are pictures below... There was so much thought and detail put into this cake it was crazy!
